Oi! Just a little update for here to show you that I'm not dead. I have more news to post, but I'll leave them to a specific next journal - this one got enormous already. ;3 Well, I am still working on the commissions from Fur Affinity, some fanarts on my free time, my first collab (yay! ), two special illustrations of my kitten Jackie (remember of her? ) and also planning more and significant improvements to my drawing style as a whole. As always, when I finish all my commission slots I usually take a time to review my drawing style, to try and see where I need to improve, an then I make a task list to the next month. But since I am working on a considerable number of things at the same time now, I decided not to wait till to finish it all to make such a review. Why? Well, I am always doodling on my free time, and even before to make the next task list I think I have already improved some things, like the eyes and hair, and I think it would be a little waste of time to 'formalize' the changes now, ye know. So I'll just apply the new improvements on the current works, and at the end of them I'll make a new task list and see if the changes really worked out as I wanted or not. I hope to finish all the current commission list until the end of this month and then to be back working on my personal projects.

About my comic BlackJackeline, I'd talked with my friends and they convinced me not to stop and not to take a time on it, and, instead, to produce some other things - like illustrations - and keep the updates during this time that I am working on commissions. And to open up the official forum. :3 So, about the forum, I am thinking about to make a forum for my personal website (REDNEKO.COM), where BlackJackeline would be a part of, as well as my other projects, then this way people wouldn't need to create more then one account to access and participate in the whole domain (those who don't know, BlackJackeline is hosted at RedNeko.com). What do you think? I am ready to go, so, if you have any questions, this is the time. ^^

Despite I am in one of my busiest moments I am feeling very happy now. It's like people say: "it doesn't matter how fast you go, provided you don't stop". And I can say that I keep going. Hopefully this month will be full of good news here, and I already have at least one good news about my works to tell yas, but will leave to the next journal.

Do you do art trades?
I like to do art trades a lot, I have so much fun doing this. But despite some rare exceptions, I really do prefer to do trades with my closest friends only, sorry. ^^

Do you accept fanarts?
You don't have to do this, and I think that I don't deserve it, if you ask me. I am already very and truly happy with all the kind words I receive from people who likes my art, and you can be sure this is a fuel to make me keep on track and improve my stuff. I appreciate very much fanarts and I do this all the time to my closest friends and favorite artists. If you decide to draw me one it will be much appreciated and I'll do my best to give you a fanart in return if the time permit me. ^___^

Do you accept commissions?
I am currently working on 15 commissions and I simply cannot open new slots before to conclude them first. ^^ But I am thinking seriously on to stop doing commissions before conclude these. It's because I practically have no more time to dedicate to my personal projects, and I miss them very much. I'm sorry to say, but the possibility that I will stop to do commissions before the current ones is big. Even so I like to do commissions, because there are ALWAYS something great to learn, they're always a fantastic challenge to me and I like to do this just the same way I like to do fanarts. I am very thankful to the people who commissioned me until now, and those on the current slots can be sure I am doing my best on your pics.

Why do you take so much to reply to notes and comments?
Two reasons: My current to-do list is a monster and there's still the commissions I am working on. And plus my English is not that good, so I have to think a lot before to answer to avoid confusions. >.> But you can be sure I always reply, no matter how much time it takes.

Some people told me that the fact I wanna be a professional artist is something VERY negative, because they think that a professional artist 'is someone capable of everything to get somewhere quick'. I see many people on deviantART with the same opinion, some one them like to test other people on their journals, notes and tags. But I still can't understand this. Some of them think that, being I a professional artist, the only reason I am here would be to kinda 'stole' them something, and that the fact I am 'so nice' to others would be some kind of 'strategy' to become popular, or, 'to earn more pageviews', etc. Also, some people think that the fact I am improving my style so fast since the last year would be 'a proof' that I am some kind of 'leech artist'. Frankly, it's simply impossible to me to answer all these accusations without to look suspect here. O_o Then the only think I ask to these people and to everybody who watches them is to just look around, to look at my stuff, to read my posts and comments, and judge for themselves if these accusations really proceed. From my part, I am totally tranquil and secure about my actions and words, because I simply have nothing to prove. I can't show you the truth, because nobody have the right to do so. You must to find it for yourself.

I used to care about, but not more. I love myself, and so I don't care about what people think about me. There's no ' perfect model' or a 'true model', nobody have the right to assume such position. Then I don't care. But usually I do like a lot to listen to people's oppinion about my stuff and works, because being I an artist I simply don't work for myself, I work for the world. I like to listen to their arguments and discover new points of view, new interpretations. I am frequently trying to see through other peoples eyes when I create something. ^^

My mother and step father are together for 25 years now, without to marry. Who cares about marriage after all? It's just a paper, just a convention! But... ye know what? I am capable to marry as a proof of my love. Because for a true love, I do everything.
